Your Role

Become the leading part of our Software-as-a-Service platform team and take full responsibility for all software engineering tasks in our modern tech stack.
• As Team-Lead Software Engineering, you will be an essential part of our very committed and experienced Scrum team and build features from concept to production.
• We offer flexible working hours and up to 100% remote conditions (freelance) with the potential to work from any place in the world.
• You will be using state of the art technologies like cloud infrastructure, Node.JS, Redis, MongoDB to maintain and extend our micro service-based software system.

Your Responsibilities

Working closely with our product management to specify features and continuously improve our software system. With your deep technical understanding and experience in leading teams, you support the improvement and stabilization of our Server-Side Ad Insertion platform based on Node.js micro services and ReactJS frontend.
• Define the software engineering team's goals and objectives.
• Participate in the requirements engineering and system design process.
• Assist team members in solving technical problems.
• Creating a productive and positive team environment and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Coordinate work schedules and ensure that all team members are working on tasks that they are best suited for.
• Manage product and project deadlines and milestones.
• Identify and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Manage the team's budget and resources.
• Plan and oversee software testing efforts.
