The provider (more specifically their webspace provider) collects data with each access to the site (so called server log files). Included in the access data are: name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, data volume transferred, report on successful access, browser type, version and operating system of the user, referrer (URL of previous page visited), IP address of the requesting computer and domain. The provider uses the access data for statistical purposes in relation to the company, security and content optimisation. The provider maintains the right to subsequent verification of the access data in the case of concrete indications justiying the conclusion of its unlawful use.

When you contact the provider (e.g. via the contact form or email) we maintain the right to save your information in order for us to process your request and/ or any follow-ups that should arise.

If you comment on our blog or leave other contributions your IP address will be saved. This serves as our protection should comments and contributions with illict content be made (such as insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). In this case we, the provider, can be held legally responsible and are therefore interested in the author's identity.

It may happen that third party contents such as youtube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS Feeds or graphic materials from other websites etc. are contained within our online content. This postulates that the supplier of these contents (the third party) will recognise the IP address of the user. Without the IP adress no content can be sent to the browser of the respective user. It follows that the IP address is necessary for the presentation of content. We attempt only to embed contents whose suppliers use the IP address for distribution purposes only. However we have no influence over wether or not third parties use IP addresses e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this we inform our users.
